School District 622 - North St. Paul-Maplewood-Oakdale is seeking a Check & Connect Program Specialist to support students and families.

The role focuses on delivering positive behavior interventions, managing a caseload, and coordinating with school staff and community providers to promote school engagement and graduation success. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, school-based experience, and strong teamwork with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Experience working in a school setting.
• Knowledge of behavior interventions and support.
• Ability to collaborate with community agencies to provide services to students.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written format.

Responsabilités

• Work with caseloads of students and families, functioning as liaisons between home and school.
• Data collection in building: attendance, grades, behavior.
• Reteach and provide behavior interventions to students, communicate regularly with families, and initiate efforts to keep students engaged in school.
• Provide timely, personalized, data-based interventions determined by the solutions team designed to provide support tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with other Check & Connect Program Specialists and district social workers.
