Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field OR AA degree and equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with students with challenging emotional/behavioral needs and at-risk students with academic, social and behavioral concerns.

Responsibilities

• Responds to the behavior resource room to provide positive behavioral/emotional interventions.
• Develops and implements positive interventions for identified students and tracks goals.
• Re-teaches social skills and provides individual behavior support as required.
• Assists with parent communication and education on positive behavior support.
• Collaborates with district staff to implement proactive behavior strategies.
