Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• 48 semester college credit hours or a passing score on the ParaPro Test.
• 1 year experience in a school, educational, or comparable setting is required.
• Behavior tech certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review attendance data daily and monitor caseloads.
• Call each student daily on the caseload not at school.
• Meet and check in with each student daily.
• Ensure students have necessary materials and deliver trackers.
• Review grades, attendance, behavior, goals and credits daily.
• Coordinate with teachers and counselors and connect families.
