Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton (Main Campus) is seeking a Student Success Data Analyst to provide advanced reporting, analysis, and decision support for the Student Services division.

The role designs and maintains Workday reports, dashboards, and data tools, partners with college leaders, and translates complex data into clear recommendations to strengthen recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of analytics experience required.
• Experience building reports from enterprise systems and data visualization.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Analyze recruitment, enrollment, retention, and student success trends.
• Translate complex data into concise reports and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with Student Services and other departments to improve programs.
