Madison Area Technical College seeks a Manager, Analytics Infrastructure and Reporting to drive enterprise analytics, data integration, and reporting across the college. You will align analytics with institutional strategy, govern data standards, and deliver scalable reporting solutions to support planning and decision-making.

The role oversees IPEDS and WTCS reporting, works with college leadership, and leads cross-functional projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's or associate degree with equivalent additional relevant work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Azure-based enterprise analytics environments; data governance; end-to-end reporting; IPEDS/WTCS reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise analytics, reporting, and data integration solutions.
• Oversee regulatory reporting including IPEDS and WTCS.
• Partner with college leaders to translate needs into reporting and analytics.
• Establish data standards, governance, and quality controls.
• Manage multiple analytics projects using the college's PM methodology.
• Provide training and data literacy initiatives for staff.

Educación

Bachelor's degree OR an associate degree with equivalent additional relevant work experience
