Job summary

Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) seeks a Business Systems Analyst at the Appleton Main Campus to lead Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configurations, workflows, reporting, testing, and training. You will collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors to align solutions with organizational goals and drive operational efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience in an analyst or system administration role, with strong Office 365 and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and five or more years in an analyst or system administration role supporting Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with department staff to identify needs and translate them into Dynamics 365 configurations and Power Platform automations.
• Develop and communicate capabilities; provide knowledge transfer to staff.
• Document detailed requirements and translate into technical solutions including data structures and UI configurations.
• Configure Dynamics 365 forms, views, rules, and UX enhancements.
• Design and maintain automated workflows with Power Automate to improve processes.
