Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3–5 years of experience or Master's degree plus 1–3 years of experience.
• Detail oriented with strong customer service focus and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel; expertise in statistics, data analysis using SPSS or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting data used to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, programs, and units.
• Assess progress towards strategic plan goals and improve assessment efforts.
• Train faculty and staff on assessment and evaluation methods.
• Communicate assessment results and provide recommendations for institutional improvement.
• Support assessment needs of the campus, including accountability and resource allocation.
