Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Student Success Advisor to support hybrid students across Ross College programs. This campus-based role requires collaboration with campus staff and corporate partners to ensure compliance and positive outcomes.

The SSA will handle student retention activities, financial aid processes, and career services coordination, including orientations and basic Canvas LMS support. Evening availability and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ work experience in banking, office administration, or customer service in a post-secondary setting preferred.
• Campus-based role; not remote; ability to work two evenings per week.
• Protection of student privacy and confidential information expected.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing, speaking, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Support student retention by engaging with hybrid students and guiding them to academic resources.
• Assist with financial aid processes, document collection, and Title IV funding questions.
• Coordinate with Career Services to prepare students for externships and post-graduation steps.
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, and Canvas LMS basics for students.
