Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years advising experience.
• Ability to articulate effective advising practices and persistence strategies.
• Masters degree and Appreciative Advising certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on degree curriculums, regulations, and graduation requirements.
• Develop personalized degree plans and monitor progress each semester.
• Proactively contact students to ensure readiness and need for assistance.
• Collaborate with faculty and offices to address retention and student success.
• Maintain accurate records in Campus Solutions and related systems.
