Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred.
• Minimum one year of advising experience in higher education.
• Experience with first-year, transfer, and non-traditional students is preferred.
• Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, student-centered academic advising to students at Quincy and Plymouth campuses and online.
• Assist with admissions, enrollment, and student success processes and policies.
• Coordinate with athletics and other student-support offices to support student-athletes.
• Maintain advising records and follow up with advisees; educate prospective and current students on resources.
• Assist with New Student Orientation and first-year programs and campus outreach.
