Qualifications

• Bachelor's in psychology, counseling, communications, social work, sociology, HR, education, or similar; or any degree with 1+ year in higher education.
• Excellent communication and customer service; able to work in a team.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Inform students about university policies, degree options, and program requirements.
• Advise on course selection and program pathways, including entrance requirements.
• Assist students during self-scheduling and review curriculum substitutions.
• Help students define educational objectives and monitor progress.
• Refer students to campus resources and act as liaison between students and departments.
• Ensure compliance with policies, FERPA, and applicable laws; support DoD-student programs.
