Under the direction of the Advising Center Director, you will update and monitor records, collect data, and implement administrative processes. You will conduct outreach to students to support enrollment, student success, and timely graduation based on information from senior advisors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative processes: Download reports and survey data; verify information; monitor and track changes.
• Outreach to students based on instruction from senior advisors: Send mass and individualized emails to roughly 2,000 incoming freshmen and transfer students to provide summer advising information, welcome messages, and individualized schedules.
