Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage student accommodations requests and confidential records in collaboration with USASC and Testing Services.
• Coordinate retention support services, assessments, and targeted interventions for at‑risk students.
• Lead trainings and workshops on accommodations and compliance with ADA and Title IX requirements.
• Oversee department administration including data analysis, reporting and progress monitoring.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and contribute to ongoing improvement of retention and assessment initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, psychology, or a relevant field
