Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree with training or experience in higher education, counseling, or related field.
• Experience working with student success programs in a higher education setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; able to manage records, files, and reports.
• Personal and professional attributes include punctuality, diligence, commitment, integrity, teamwork, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist students using a developmental model to explore academic and co-curricular options and track progress toward graduation.
• Coordinate and teach University Studies courses and provide targeted academic counseling to first‑time freshmen.
• Address advising, registration, and enrollment needs to increase retention and graduation rates.
• Serve as a member of the Bronco Boost Summer Bridge Program leadership team.
