Job summary

Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Enrollment and Student Success, the coordinator collaborates with retention counselors, advisors, faculty, and band directors to organize tutoring, study halls, and degree planning, while tracking progress and ensuring FERPA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in education or related field.
• FERPA compliance and confidentiality understanding.
• Experience advising college band students and supporting academic success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate band academic support through Bronco One Stop.
• Collaborate with band directors, advisors, and offices to enhance academic success.
• Organize study halls, tutoring, and workshops; manage assignments and progress of band students.
