Provides customer support by processing records requests and providing and maintaining admissions and registration procedural and program information for students and the educational community.
45% - Provides information and assistance to students regarding admissions procedures and processes over the phone, in person at our counter, or via email while adhering to applicable District policies and procedures.
45% - Performs clerical and administrative office assistance related to applications, enrollment, identity verification and validation, etc.
10% - Retrieves information and enters or updates information in reports, logs or other documentation or record-keeping system. Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED and one year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience.
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
Travel to campus during interview/selection process will be at candidate's own expense. Will be required to travel or be assigned to all MCCCD locations. May require numerous evenings or weekends. May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen. May be required to lift or carry up to #25 lbs
Possession of a valid State of Arizona Class D Driver's License is required; employee must meet district minimum standards regarding driving:
