Qualifications

• One year of post-secondary education (30 credits).
• One year of experience in student or customer service.
• Equivalent combination of certification, education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with navigating college systems and enrollment.
• Maintain and update student academic records.
• Schedule testing and coordinate with Division Teams for advising.
• Support admissions, orientation, and program eligibility.
• Answer inquiries via online services, email, and phone.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of records.
