Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of clerical and secretarial experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (twelfth grade).

Responsibilities

• Assists students with admissions, assessment, enrollment and financial aid.
• Advises students on information and options for academic and career programs.
• Provides access to services and conducts routine workshops and training on program equipment.
• Creates and maintains department tracking systems, reports, records and files.
• May staff a front desk.
