Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience in student services or office management.
• Knowledge of higher education policies, FERPA, and student data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily OSS Front Desk operations, greet students, provide information, handle inquiries and direct to advisors.
• Coordinate OSS activities and events including evenings/weekends.
• Assist in recruitment materials and admissions/records support.
• Prepare admission materials, catalogs, and distribute information.
• Verify enrollment for licensure and graduation as needed.
• Maintain accurate student records and generate reports for OSS Director.
