Job summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Care, you will coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and drive improvements in service standards while aligning with university policies and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years' experience.
• Related work experience may not substitute for required licensure or registration as per public employer description.

Responsibilities

• Supervise student workers and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficient and consistent customer support.
• Collaborate with campus partners to streamline service delivery and information accuracy.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise student employees across three service teams.
• Monitor service requests and manage workload distribution for timely responses.
• Assist with budget oversight related to student staffing allocations.
