Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
• Experience coordinating or supporting college admissions or enrollment processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, advise, and support students participating in early college programs to increase enrollment and success.
• Provide end-to-end support for admissions, financial aid, orientation, and course registration to ensure first-term success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions and progress using institutional systems (CRM and SIS).
• Conduct outreach, individual advising sessions, and group workshops to support recruitment and enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with high schools, MCC departments, and community partners to expand access and engagement.
