Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District seeks a Student Services Analyst at Rio Salado College. This regular, full-time role coordinates, administers and implements student advisement programs and provides end-to-end academic advising through PeopleSoft and related tools.

Two openings exist. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in student services, with occasional evenings or weekends. Salary range listed: $53,050.25 to $68,964.82 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of student services or college teaching experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional-level end-to-end Academic Advising to a caseload of students to support learning and degree completion.
• Facilitates change management and improves advisement through Guided Pathways and collaboration with faculty and staff.
• Researches opportunities and conducts outreach, develops program resources and presents to new students.
• Develops and assesses student learning outcomes and evaluates program effectiveness.
