Job summary

The University of Denver's Sturm College of Law seeks a Student Services Coordinator to provide front desk support for the Office of Student Affairs and for Admissions and Student Financial Management.

Responsibilities include coordinating programs such as Third Thursday and Wellness Programs, scheduling meetings with the Assistant Dean, managing the Events & Announcements System, and overseeing student workers and accommodations tracking. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service position.
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front desk support for the Office of Student Affairs and the Office of Admissions and Student Financial Management; greet visitors, answer calls and emails, respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate on planning, advertising, and delivering programs (Third Thursday, Wellness Programs).
  • Contribute to events (Orientation, Awards Ceremony, Graduation) and manage communications like events emails and newsletters.
  • Manage the Events & Announcements System and its postings policy; coordinate social media postings.
  • Coordinate scheduling with the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and assist with accommodations tracking and exam proctoring.
