The College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences at the University of Denver seeks a part-time Events & Stewardship Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of academic, recruitment, alumni, and donor-facing events across the College. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with CAHSS departments and campus partners, including Advancement, Enrollment Services, and Conference and Event Services, to deliver high-quality, inclusive events that support student enrollment and academic success, alumni engagement, and philanthropic goals. This is a hybrid position, with on-campus presence, outside of normal working hours, required for event support.
This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
Collaborate with CAHSS department chairs, faculty, and staff to plan and deliver events that support academic programs and enhance the student, alumni, and donor experience.

The hourly range for the position is $30.00-$35.00. The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
