Be the person who helps make the Woolley Center feel like a place where everyone belongs.
Umpqua Community College is looking for a Student Services Coordinator to serve as the friendly, knowledgeable front door of our Woolley Center and Adult Basic Skills program.
You’ll be one of the first people students turn to—with questions about enrollment, classes, schedules, GED testing, college programs, and what comes next. From creating student records and coordinating GED testing to greeting visitors, solving day-to-day problems, and connecting students with the right resources, no two days will look exactly the same.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, keeps details organized, and can move comfortably between a busy front desk, student records, technology, and program support.
If you’re the kind of person who likes helping people find answers—and making sure the details get done right—we’d love to meet you.
