Job summary

Madison Area Technical College is seeking a Student Services Coordinator to join our collaborative, student-centered team at the Goodman South campus. You will be the frontline contact for adult education students, guiding them through enrollment, placement testing, and program exploration while connecting them to advising, career services, and community resources.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role emphasizes welcoming service, equity, and timely access to resources.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline contact for adult education students, guiding to campus services.
• Conduct student intake, onboarding, and placement guidance.
• Assist enrollment for GED/HSED and ESL programs.
• Provide referrals to advising, financial aid, and career services.
• Coordinate outreach events and student engagement activities.
