Job summary

Madison College is seeking a part-time Bilingual Student Support Coordinator, fluent in English and Spanish or French or Arabic, to assist students with enrollment and SAA services at the Goodman South campus.

The role supports intake, placement testing and scheduling, while triaging a broad range of student needs to enable timely referrals. It includes a bilingual premium and a grant-funded schedule, with evening/weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, French, or Arabic.
• Proficiency in verbal, reading, and writing tasks required.
• Experience with student support or front desk operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries to guide students to appropriate services.
• Assist with student intake, account creation, placement testing and appointment scheduling.
• Support enrollment for high school completion and English language learning programs.
• Triages questions on academic, financial, and personal matters to facilitate referrals.
• Maintain accurate data entry and test security for assessments.
• Coordinate outreach, events, and communications to boost engagement.
• Provide front desk coverage and collaborating with staff for daily operations.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold college policies and values.
