Madison College is seeking a part-time Bilingual Student Support Coordinator, fluent in English and Spanish or French or Arabic, to assist students with enrollment and SAA services at the Goodman South campus.
The role supports intake, placement testing and scheduling, while triaging a broad range of student needs to enable timely referrals. It includes a bilingual premium and a grant-funded schedule, with evening/weekend shifts as needed.

Madison College is seeking a part-time Bilingual Student Support Coordinator who is proficient in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, French, or Arabic. This position provides bilingual frontline support to students as they navigate enrollment and access to School of Academic Advancement (SAA) services (such as English as a Second Language, High School Completion and College Readiness programming), serving as the first point of contact and a central resource for intake, testing/registration and referrals for advising processes. Success in this role involves fostering a welcoming environment, maintaining a flexible mindset toward individuals from various international backgrounds, accurately assessing student needs and facilitating timely access to appropriate resources and services. This position contributes to institutional objectives by enhancing student experience, promoting equitable access and supporting the effective delivery of student services, often in partnership with other departments across Madison College.
Schedule: This is a part-time position working, 20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year position. Work hours typically between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and Saturdays as needed for School-related events or shifts in coverage.
Grant-Funded Position: This position is funded through an annual grant. The current funding period extends through June 30, 2027, with funding anticipated to be renewed annually.
Language Premium: This position offers a $100 per month bilingual pay premium.
Verbal, reading, and writing proficiency testing is required.
Location: This position is located at our Goodman South branch campus. Limited travel to other branch campuses is expected.
