Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel students on enrollment options and deadlines.
• Explain financial aid awards and requirements to students.
• Document interactions in the Canes Central case system.
• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate resources.
• Process Cane Card transactions and resolve card issues.
• Assist with call center operations and outreach campaigns.
