Job summary

Ancora Education seeks a Student Services Advisor (Online) to maintain the primary relationship between the student and the school. This hourly, full-time position (40 hours per week) centers on retention and proactive engagement to help students achieve completion of their programs.

The advisor will support students across Healthcare, Business, IT, and Education programs, guiding academic planning, progress, and graduation requirements in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of instructional and assessment models and software.
• Analyses problems, recommends options, and supports goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary Relationship Owner Between the Student and the School.
• Advise on academic success, progression, retention and post-graduation planning.
• Promote success in online and virtual learning and provide policy information.
• Coordinate resources and advise based on student needs and attendance.
• Monitor student progress toward graduation and program completion.
