Post University is seeking a Student Success Advisor (SSA) Career & Programmatic to support online and regional site students from start to graduation, building trusted relationships and guiding academic and career progress. This role emphasizes proactive communication and the use of university systems to monitor student outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent phone and email communication skills with clear writing.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Build trusting relationships with online/regional site students from onboarding to graduation.
Proactively engage students to support academic progress and retention.
Communicate regularly with assigned students to keep them connected and informed.
Use university systems (Blackboard, CRM, MS Office) to track progress and report metrics.
Assist students with course selection, degree planning, and work/life balance.
