Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining confidential records, APPC documentation, FERPA compliance, and supporting special projects and enrollment management

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and three years experience in student services programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Admissions process for the College of Dental Medicine (DMD) including interview scheduling and data coordination.
• Manages confidential student records, registration, grade changes, and APPC minutes.
• Coordinates orientation for first-year DMD students and maintains documentation and communications with applicants and students.
• Performs tasks as ADA Coordinator for CDM and supports compliance with FERPA and university policies.
