• Plan and execute major College events (orientation, White Coat Ceremony, Pinning Ceremony, Awards & Hooding) with cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor academic progress and coordinate advising/interventions for at‑risk students in alignment with policies.
• Lead career planning and development initiatives, residency/fellowship prep, CV reviews, networking, and data reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, stakeholder feedback, and budget oversight.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support College priorities.
