• Bachelor's degree and one year experience in student services programs.

Responsibilities

• Records: Establishes and maintains student records; analyzes data; prepares statistical reports for internal offices and agencies.
• Registration: Activates courses, registers students, verifies grades, audits GPA and updates procedures.
• Graduation & Transcripts: Performs degree audits and processes verifications; provides official transcripts for licensing and admin use.
• Communication & Policy: Advises staff on policies; communicates with faculty; releases information under FERPA and policy.
• Archiving: Creates permanent archives; scans and links documents; supports admission committee analyses.
• Other Duties: Participates in OEM functions; supports events and professional development.
