• Advises faculty and staff on policies; communicates about course requirements and FERPA-compliant data sharing.
• Creates permanent archive files and links archived letters and forms; digitizes paper records.
• Analyses applicant eligibility profiles for admission committees and resolves data discrepancies.
• Participates in OEM functions and professional development opportunities.
