Job summary

Penn State’s Counseling & Accessibility Annex seeks a Student Resource Support Assistant to serve as the first contact for students in the Reception and Assistance Area (RAB). You will help students access campus resources and connect with Health Services, Counseling Services, Accommodation Services, and other supports while developing customer service and communication skills.

The role involves assisting with wellness programs, tracking participation, and supporting general administrative tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist students in identifying and accessing appropriate campus resources.
• Direct students to Health Services, Counseling Services, Accommodation Services, and other student support offices.
• Support front desk operations, appointment check-in, and general inquiries.
• Maintain resource materials, displays, and informational handouts.
• Assist with wellness, accessibility, and student support programming.
• Track program participation and assist with assessment activities.
• Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Represent Student Support Services in a professional and welcoming manner.
