Job summary

Penn State University is seeking a Student Resource Support Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for students in the Counseling & Accessibility Annex. You will guide students to campus resources, assist with front desk operations, and support wellness and accessibility initiatives.

The role emphasizes professional, welcoming service, confidentiality, and collaboration with Health Services, Counseling Services, and academic support offices to help students navigate resources

Responsibilities

• Assist students in identifying and accessing appropriate campus resources.
• Direct students to Health Services, Counseling Services, Accommodation Services, and other student support offices.
• Support front desk operations, appointment check-in, and general inquiries.
• Maintain resource materials, displays, and informational handouts.
• Assist with wellness, accessibility, and student support programming.
• Track program participation and assist with assessment activities.
• Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Represent Student Support Services in a professional and welcoming manner.
