Job summary

Penn State University is seeking a Student Resource Support Assistant to greet students in the Counseling & Accessibility Annex and help them navigate campus services, including Health Services, Counseling Services, Accommodation Services, and academic support resources.

You will assist with front desk operations, maintain resource materials, support wellness and accessibility programs, and represent Student Support Services with a welcoming, confidential, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in identifying and accessing appropriate campus resources.
• Direct students to Health Services, Counseling Services, Accommodation Services, and other student support offices.
• Support front desk operations, appointment check-in, and general inquiries.
• Maintain resource materials, displays, and informational handouts.
• Assist with wellness, accessibility, and student support programming.
• Track program participation and assist with assessment activities.
• Assist with office projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Represent Student Support Services in a professional and welcoming manner.
