Job summary

The University of New Mexico in Taos is seeking an Assistant Student Resource Navigator to support student engagement and access to campus resources. This on-site work-study role focuses on outreach, inventory, and helping students navigate benefits and services.

You will assist Thrive: Food and Resource Center locations, manage bulletin boards, post community flyers, and participate in campus events. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong computer/communication

Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass driving exam to use UNMT vehicles.
Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
Good computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support student engagement and activities that promote student success.
Shop, stock, clean and inventory food and hygiene products for Thrive centers and safety bins.
Outreach to students in person, by phone/email or social media about available resources.
Help students access resources on campus and in the community.
Host a table at events and assist with campus activities.
Keep records and communicate confidentially.
