Job summary

Middle Georgia State University is seeking a part-time student worker to assist with new student recruitment and New Student Orientation programs. You will help coordinate orientation sessions and campus tours for prospective students to showcase MGA's programs and campus life.

The role also supports Admissions and Recruitment by making calls, preparing materials, and performing data entry, while delivering excellent customer service and dependable, timely support to prospective students and

Qualifications

Must be a current enrolled Middle Georgia State University student.
Must be enrolled in 6 or more credit hours per semester.
Must have a GPA of 2.0 or greater.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be dependable and prompt.

Responsibilities

Event management (50%): Prepares and executes orientation programs for new students entering the University.
Event management (50%): Prepares and executes campus tours/events for prospective students of the University.
Administrative duties (50%): Assist in making calls to new student.
Administrative duties (50%): Assist with preparing materials for Admissions and Orientation events.
Administrative duties (50%): Assist Admissions and Recruitment staff with data entry.
