Adams and Associates, Inc. invites a Student Recruiter to expand outreach for NH Job Corps in Manchester and surrounding areas. You will lead outreach efforts, guide applicants from initial inquiry through enrollment, and support graduates into careers or further education.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or an Associate’s with relevant experience, strong communication, and a student-centered mindset. Some local travel is expected within the region, and you will join a team dedicated to helping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, business, or communications OR an Associate’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel ~10% for local outreach and recruitment.
• Strong passion for advocating for young adults and supporting their growth.
• Excellent communication and ability to connect with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Drive outreach: Engage prospective students and community partners about Job Corps programs.
• Streamline the journey: Own the recruitment process from application support to arrival logistics.
• Launch careers: Support graduates in securing full-time jobs or higher education.
• Protect data: Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student information.
