Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Apache Junction, AZ seeks a School Registrar to manage student records, transcripts, enrollment processes, and the integrity of the student data lifecycle. The role uses PowerSchool under limited supervision and supports campus operations and scheduling with the Headmaster and GH staff.

The ideal candidate has administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with student information systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous administrative experience required; school admin or student systems experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills; familiarity with UltiPro, Adobe Acrobat, Taleo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual enrollment and waitlist cycles, enrollment statistics and records.
• Maintain student files, transcripts, and health records with accuracy.
• Oversee records requests and coordinate with SAIS/system interfaces.
• Ensure grades are recorded in Schoolmaster and communicated to families.
• Assist in creating sections and schedules; support campus operations.
