Qualifications

• Min. two years in customer service.
• Experience in higher education student services is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Contact eligible students for re-entry into the institution.
• Schedule appointments with the ReEntry Committee.
• Assist students in the appeal process for re-entry.
• Improve student retention and satisfaction.
• Attend Re-Entry Stitch Meetings to discuss returning students.
