University of Nevada, Reno’s Fitness and Recreational Sports is seeking a student to create multimedia content for social media. You will produce and edit videos and photos for Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to promote campus fitness activities and events.

You will develop and implement long-term marketing strategies, grow the Student Ambassador program, and provide live event coverage to engage the campus community and drive participation.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno.
• Experience writing, creating and posting content to social media platforms preferred.
• Strong writing and digital photography skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage social media platforms with timely and relevant information for events and university updates.
• Finalize and implement monthly strategies based on analytics and insights.
• Daily coverage of FRS and campus events.
• Demonstrate strong writing and digital photography skills.
• Photograph and create content for social media platforms.
• Promote social media within FRS and recruit for Student Ambassador program.
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a social manner.
• Compile analytical reports showing results for management.
• Create high quality and informative videos.
• Collaborate with Programming Coordinator on marketing strategies.
• Attend events to live-update social media and photos.
