Job summary

The Office of Emergency Management at the university is seeking 2 students to assist with various projects and tasks, including project management, program development, and report writing. Responsibilities may include community engagement, training development, planning, organization, and social media support, with emphasis on continuity of Operations and Emergency Action Plans.

Work is on-campus, within standard business hours, for Federal Work-Study students.

Qualifications

• Previous skills, training, or experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and leading of special projects.
• Plan development with stakeholders across the university, including continuity of Operations, Emergency Action Plans, and Mission package development.
• Lead and organize mid to large scale projects, design project timelines and goals, perform research, coordinate with stakeholders and the project team, report updates and outcomes.
