Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling or related field.
• Three to five years of relevant program experience.
• Experience with precollege programs and services delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Site Directors to recruit, train, assign and supervise mentors, tutors and teacher assistants.
• Assist in increasing program participation by addressing academic and personal student needs.
• Supervise reporting of student services and analyze data to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with NJOSHE requirements for Training and Curriculum Development.
