Job summary

New Jersey Institute of Technology is seeking a Site Director for the NJ GEAR UP/College Bound program. You will oversee grant- funded activities at assigned sites, coordinating mentoring, counseling, and field trips for grades 6 through first-year college.

Under the NJGU/CB Director, you will develop curricula, manage data, and support enrollment and student outcomes while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; five years’ experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in counseling, curriculum development, and educational services.
• Experience supervising personnel and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Increase college enrollment and retention for NJ GEAR UP/College Bound.
• Plan, implement and evaluate programs at school sites per grant policies.
• Supervise programs, conduct staff meetings, and evaluate activities.
