Job summary

Wellesley College is seeking a Student Involvement Assistant to provide essential support for student organizations and department programs on campus. You will help with day-to-day office operations and program coordination, contributing to a vibrant student life.

The role requires assisting with campus events, trainings, and promotions for student engagement platforms, while maintaining Beebe storage oversight and scheduling workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 0–3 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with WEngage and 25Live.

Responsibilities

• Support annual campus-wide programs throughout the academic year (Lake Day, Duck Day, Hoop Rolling).
• Support trainings in collaboration with college government for student organizations.
• Occasional nights and weekends as needed.
• Advise student organizations on programming, planning and logistics for events and programs.
• Oversight of Beebe storage space and student organization logistics.
• Support student organizations through 25Live scheduling and resource assignments.
• Attend 10 Day calendar meetings to review student organization events.
