Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) + 4 years directly related experience; or Master's degree (or equivalent) + 2 years of related work experience.
• Developing-Level General Professional track; Job Code: P23332 Grade: P16.
• Experience with higher education/graduate programs preferred.
• Familiarity with medical degree program practices, procedures, and policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute processes for SDT, EPT, ARC and related committees.
• Track referrals and follow-ups on remediation/action plans for SDT, EPT, ARC.
• Manage recruitment/training and compliance tracking for SDT, EPT, ARC members.
• Coordinate with deans/directors to align functions with the program mission and values.
• Maintain communications and meeting documentation; schedule SDT, EPT, ARC meetings.
