Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.
• EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
• This is a Developing-Level position in the General Professional track.
• Preferences: Familiarity with medical degree program’s practices, procedures, and policies.
• Experience with higher education/graduate programs.
• Track record of professional written communication.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and executing the processes for the SDT, EPT, ARC.
• Serves as a senior staff member for SDT, EPT, ARC and on various education and other school committees related to these functions.
• Tracks referrals and follows up on completion of student remediation/action plans for SDT, EPT, and ARC.
• Manages recruitment and training, compliance tracking of members of the SDT, EPT, ARC.
• Partners closely with senior academic and administrative deans and directors to ensure functions of the SDT, EPT and ARC align with program mission, vision, values.
• Keeps relevant students, staff and faculty up to date/manages communications/meeting documentation
• Schedules appointments for SDT , EPT , and ARC student referrals/meetings
• Develops feedback strategies to improve operations
• Ensures compliance with University rules and regulations.
